Five Free Badges per 10' x 10'For each 10'x10' booth your company has purchased, you are eligible for five free exhibitor badges. A maximum of 40 free badges are included with 800 sq. ft. or larger booths. Additional badges are $25 each.
Badge ReprintsReprints for lost or misplaced badges cost $10 each. No one is permitted on the trade show floor unless properly badged.
Registration InformationIn addition to the trade show, exhibitors are welcome to attend CAMEX education sessions—free of charge—or stay for the Opening Night Fiesta or the Annual Celebration, which are ticketed events that include additional fees. You can purchase tickets on site at the CAMEX Registration Desk or by downloading the ticket & event registration form (PDF).
Exhibiting companies who wish to receive their badges prior to CAMEX must request that their badges be mailed to them no later than Jan. 4, 2008. Badges will not be sent to countries outside the U.S. Residents of other countries may pick up badges on site. Please bring your confirmation with barcode to the CAMEX Scan & Go Stations.
If you register between Jan. 4 and Feb. 1, 2008, you will need to pick up your badge and tickets (if applicable) at the CAMEX Scan & Go Stations in San Antonio, TX. You will need your confimation with barcode.
After Feb. 1, 2008, you will need to register in San Antonio at the CAMEX Registration Desk.
In order to receive a refund, you must notify NACS in writing by mail, fax, or e-mail before Feb. 8, 2008. Tickets and badge must be returned to the NACS Registrar before your refund will be processed. No refunds will be made after Feb. 8, 2008 or for no-shows.
